For item which can customize, there's a upoload picture button, upload your image, adjust the print area and preview and then crop, We'll provide as more items as we can for customer to customize a unique gift for your friends.

We usually ship in 3 days after order, and another 8-18 days to deliver, while it may dealy when bad weather or close to holidays. For holiday gift, pls order at least 25 days before holiday, or contact us and pay additional fee to ship by DHL, fedex, etc.

Due to the nature of customization, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask to see photos of the product in question.
